Established in 2007, GMC Properties is a subsidiary of GMC Mortgages & Financial Services , which opened its doors in 2001. GMC Mortgages arranges hundreds of mortgages each year, across all lenders, and offers a full range of financial services products covering all aspects of financial planning from simple protection products, through to pensions and more complicated Inheritance Tax Planning.

GMC Properties Practice Principal Gerald McCready heads a team able to cope with any aspect of property selling or buying. Aside from selling local property, we also source and sell investment (buy to let) property in the UK and offer a portfolio building service committed to creating substantial capital growth for our clients with the least effort.

GMC Properties is the natural addition to the business and is managed by Penny Smyth , based in our Ormeau Road office.
