GMC Properties receives a huge number of enquiries for availability of rental property, primarily due to its locations and website listing. We require properties continually from landlords in order to meet the demand of the rental sector which is growing rapidly.

We offer two services in the letting sector. First a letting only service whereby we market your property via our premises, "to let" boards and website which delivers (subject to satisfactory referencing and credit checking) a tenant, a lease, your first months rent in advance and a security deposit. This service is subject to a one off fee.

In addition to this we also offer a management service which collects and distributes rental income to your bank account on a monthly basis, and deals with any tenant queries on your behalf. For issues relating to the property, we are the tenant's first port of call and we can provide a range of maintenance and repair services which you, as landlord, are able to avail.

We also renew any lease and deal with any notice issues early in order to source an alternative tenant. We will inspect the property on granting any lease and again when the tenant is leaving to ensure the property has been adequately maintained.
